During the virtual meetings
you will receive valuable information from our speakers

Presenters may
use power point presentations, flash, PDF and/or other media programs
that allow
you to easily absorb the content. |
When you register for the meeting (see below) information YOU provide will be placed in a PDF for
distribution to those who have registered for THIS meeting. (Yes, this means that if you want your information out at the other meetings
you will need to register for that meeting.)

At each meeting 40 participants will also have the opportunity to
share their Audio Business Card (Elevator Speech).

This is the way the ABC will work. You will be given a number to call in
and record your ABC in an email and you can record it to make sure it
is exactly what you want to say. It will be played during the meeting
so that phone connections will no longer be an issue.
You will also have an opportunity to deliver acknowledgements via the
web form.
Acknowledgements: even
though you may not have directly used anyone’s business who
is on the call you may have:
- Been receiving their E-zine
- Read their white
paper
- Received
a referral from them
- Discovered more
about them or the company through personal interaction or research
In short, you
believe you have benefited
from their knowledge or expertise.
When you share this
acknowledgement with others, you let everyone know that you are here
to serve, not just “take”.
With the power of the simulcast, if you live outside OR within
the continental US and
are attending the meeting you won't have to worry about the clarity of a phone
connection (although you certainly can use the phone if you are
not able to connect to the internet at any time.)

GCN Online/Virtual meeting was held on December 6, 2007. Click on

Learning from
this first meeting about the obstacles presented with the call
in for your ABC allowed us to create the
opportunity for you to make sure that your ABC is exactly as you
want it to be put out to the world.
The first
and last ABC's were on the "live" call and the others
were prerecorded after the fact by callers who chose to take
advantage
of the opportunity. |
