Meeting Format & Structure

Because the meetings are streamlined to make the most effective use of YOUR time, the actual structure is designed to maximize your networking time and business education.

A typical meeting is based upon the following (guidelines only):

  • Many meetings will have a speaker, however, whether there is a speaker or not, all meetings "start and end times" are firm.
  • Food and beverages may or may not be allowed based on the meeting. location. Please check the details at the Networking Meetings.
  • Using a 9am to 11am meeting time as an example (all meetings are 2 hours), the schedule as follows:
    • 9:00 Networking
    • 9:15 Welcome and Opening
    • 9:25 Speaker
    • 10:00 ABC's - all attendees have 1 minute to deliver their ABC (Audio Business Card) and acknowledge* any referrals they have used or given to other attendees.
    • 10:30 Networking
    • 11:00 Close...and you're back to work!

* Acknowledgements: We believe that acknowledgements are a key to building your business. We give acknowledgements when we are using  OR referring business to others in the group. With recognition  of others' services or products, you are building another business's credibility  and reputation while affirming your commitment to each other.
